Saving Policy Development

During this August 2007, we have received Technical Assistant from our partner, CARD MRI in Philippine, to assist in studying the feasibility and setting up saving policy for our clients as the mean to help them managing their own finance. We recognize that saving is a new culture for poor Cambodian that we need to cultivate, as well as changing their mind. With saving, it can provide us a hug of funding source with low cost and sustainability rather than funding from external.
