Essential Requirements
The Essential Requirements for the position are:
? IT Manager ?
? Cambodian national
? Bachelor degree or preferable MBA in computer science, information technology,
Engineering or related field
? At least three-year experience in IT administration, MS windows Server XP,
Web programming, software development
? Good knowledge of IT (data come, programmer)
? Proficiency in DBMS
? In-dept knowledge of SQL Server 2005, Visual Studio.net,VB.net,C++
? Being able to coordinate with development in data analysis
? Customization being able to experience network administration
? Good repair and maintenance, intelligent network & technician
? Honesty, confidentiality principle oriented and pro-active
? Flexible, organized, detailed and able to work un der pressure
? Good command of English
? Good at problem solving and communication
? Being a st rong, committed, flexible individual
? Marketing and Products Development Manager ?
? Cambodian national
? Bachelor degree or preferable MBA in marketing, banking or equivalent
? Minimum 3 year's relevant working experience
? Good public relation and strong communication
? Excellent inter-personal skills, Problem-solving and Negotiating skill
? Good planning, monitoring and reporting
? Will be in charge of the internal and external marketing and communications activities
? Assist in the development of key marketing tools
? Monitor individual sales to achieve monthly and yearly target
? Build and develop relationships with client
? Visit and Provide good service to customer before and after buying, in order to make
customer satisfaction
? To maintain and increase both release loan volume and client to achieve yearly target/margin
? Think and find out good strategy to recommend and propose to superior to achieve team target
? Build relationship with potential customer and follow up
? Willing to work hard and flexible of times outside office
? To be able to travel
? Fluent English in speaking and writing
? Micro Insurance Coordinator ?
? Cambodian national
? Bachelor degree or preferable MBA in accounting/finance, banking or equivalent
? At least three years of work experience in the relevant position applied within MFI or
banking sector
? High commitment to work in compliance with CHC policy and standards
? Proven good leadership, highly creative and with good time management skills
? Good command of English
? G ood team player and able to work in the busy working environment
? Good solidarity, committed, honest and able to be confidential
? Flexible and able to work independently
? Able to work under the pressure needed to stick to timelines
? Computer lit eracy.
